It is necessary that one should maintain this sanctity and proper behavior
even in education institutions. But the modern generation is passing through
a peculiar phase of evolution. The moral values are eroding and there is
mad hunger for sensual pleasures . All students now carry mobile phones
to their Colleges. Their minds become restless and they find it very difficult
to concentrate on their studies. Of course, in these situations also, parents
and teachers need to maintain psychological spaces. There is no other option,
I think.

This is part of a larger problem.

Children are weak and lack the power of will. Their vital habits emerge from the earth's subconscient which is the reservoir of all our bad habits and impulses.

This is why Sri Aurobindo & The Mother were doing Sadhana for cleaning up the Earth's subconscient by bringing down the Supramental Light.

As for us, we must transform ourselves so that we can radiate the vibrations that will positively affect those around us.

We can make sincere efforts to transform

This is a difficult question indeed. Only The Mother can answer it nicely and maybe she has given an answer somewhere in the works.

Two things are needed at the minimum
1) Teenagers have to be treated like friends
2) One must set an example to them by our own conduct.
Only then will they come to seek advice.

Ultimately, every person is born with some combination of Sattwa, Rajas and Tamas and one cannot expect others to suddenly drop their defects.
