Any reader who has created an account and logged in can post a comment, which is like sending a letter to the editor of a periodical. Articles can be posted only by the editors who become so by invitation. In the meanwhile, a reader can send an article to any one of the editors who, if found acceptable, will do the posting for him; the article will appear in the name of the author but posted by the editor.
