Dear Rakesh, I did not say that there should not be any debate in the Ashram. I said that that it should be within the limitations of Sri Aurobindo's philosophy and thought and not contrary to it. Like-mindedness is welcome, but not Materialism and Freud which go against the very grain of Sri Aurobindo's thought. You are free to express your Freudian views but then dissociate yourself from the Ashram. Or see the truth of Freud and Materialism in terms of Sri Aurobindo's thought and not the reverse. Do not base yourself on them and judge Sri Aurobindo as if they represented the platform of truth! Raman Reddy
