Interesting comment. It can be considered a beautiful and poignant sonnet about love. Love which is ephemeral just like the light of day, song of the sweet birds and the beauties of nature. And yet it is this transience that invokes love with a greater intensity because "This thou perceiv'st which makes thy love more strong To love that well which thou must leave ere long."
