Frankly, every pundit is predicting these days that Pak will cease to exist in a few years. The events there are not exactly pretty and most lay people might agree. In responding to Carlson's remarks, it's useful to remember that fragmentation was predicted long ago. I am afraid I dont see any awkardness in this and it is quite reasonable to diasgree with the stated foreign policy of India. In fact the people in Govt. who make that policy and voice it in public do it out of the necessities of statecraft - most of us dont have that need.
