I was impressed with your insight on the shadow. According to Carl Jung, the shadow is an archetype of the collective unconscious. He thought that it would always be with us, but Sri Aurobindo and the Mother soared beyond Jung's idea by saying that when the Supermind descends into humankind a transformation of everything in the world will take place and we humans will then progress through knowledge instead of through ignorance (the shadow).
